After about two years, I finally finished the silly green coasters. They were my first attempt at paper piecing and making coasters and it shows. I think the idea is still good, but execution was lacking. They have a huge bump in the middle making them only good for mugs, bottles, or other drinking things with a concave bottom. But they can just stay on my desk and I'll enjoy them.
Since there are three colors there ends up being six color combinations. The coasters are reversible, allowing all the combinations to be in three coasters.
It's fun to see how just flipping over one or two can completely change the look.
And they work!
