I've had the pleasure of working with Cheryl of Meadow Mist Designs over the last year. She is releasing two new patterns in her etsy store, and wondered if I would like to do a giveaway to help celebrate. (Of course! Who doesn't like free stuff??)
Two winners will each win .pdf copies of her two new patterns, Charming and The Quilt in the Hat. The patterns both include a variety of quilt sizes. (I'm trying to find enough charms for the Charming quilt...I love it! The two quilt stores I went to over break didn't have many charms though. I was rather disappointed.)
Cheryl is also offering a sale on her patterns and offering free shipping on her sewing accessories. They're cute...you should check them out!
To enter you can do up to two things:
1) Leave a comment. If you're looking for a topic, how about "What size is the next quilt that you will make?"
2) Visit Meadow Mist Designs and leave an additional comment as to what your favorite item is.
I'll be choosing a winner on April 14.
My usual size for making quilts is around 75"x 80"...not too small and not too big.
ReplyDeleteThe charming pattern is very cute...Thanks!
I really like her pattern adding up nicely. And I love the cathedral window pincushion in blue and yellow! Thanks!

ReplyDeleteI would like to make a lap quilt. I'm always cold sitting in my living room, and tired of making huge queen size quilts. I would like to have a lovely quilt in my living room instead of fleece throws. YUCK.
ReplyDeleteVery cute patterns! I wish I needed some pillows, they are all so cute! The scrappy quilt that I just made (and posted about) will be 36" x 48" I'm going to donate it to the wheel chair bound Vets quilt project. These little quilts are very satisfing to make and donate. cheers, Claire W.

My next quilt I think will be twin sized, for my little guy. He needs a bigger boy sized quilt! :D
ReplyDeleteMost quilts I make are 60 inch square.
ReplyDeleteThe most common size quilt I make is 40" x 52" for babies and toddlers -- just narrow enough that I don't have to piece the backing. ... soparkaveataoldotcom
ReplyDeleteThe Adding Up Nicely and Pi quilts are catching my fancy. -- soparkaveataoldotcom
ReplyDeleteAdding up Nicely is my choice. I also like the colors shown. Very pretty quilt. I would like to add those 2 pdf patterns to my own collection. These would be quilts for myself to enjoy. Thank you so much for the chance to become a winner.
